Why do I get a Critical Error when creating a Microsoft Word report using FLIR Tools+ or FLIR Reporter?

Microsoft Word might have disabled the FLIR add-in.  When this happens it is unable to process the reports.  The instructions below will describe how to enable the add-in for each version of Office:

Office 2007
1. Start Word and click on the Office Button in the top left corner.
2. Select Word Options and Add-Ins.
3. In the Manage: Combo box, select Disabled Items and select Go...
4. In the Disabled Items dialog, select the WordAddin_O2k7.dll and press Enable.
5. Open Word and make the FLIR tab is present.  If so, close Word and try creating a new report from Tools+ or Reporter.

Office 2010/2013
1. Start Word and click on the File TAB in the top left corner.
2. Select Options and Add-Ins.
3. In the Manage: Combo box, select Disabled Items and select Go...
4. In the Disabled Items dialog, select the WordAddin_O2k7.dll and press Enable.
5. Open Word and make the FLIR tab is present.  If so, close Word and try creating a new report from Tools+ or Reporter.
